This article explains how to request a transfer of securities between subaccounts

What information should I include in my request to transfer securities between my subaccounts?

If you want the Client Services team or your Account Manager to process the transfer of securities between your subaccounts, please include the following information in your request:

  1. ISIN or Ticker of security in question (eg., AAPL.NASDAQ);

  2. The amount of securities to transfer;

  3. From Account ID (eg., ABC1234.001);

  4. To Account ID (eg., ABC1234.002).

What is the cost of transferring securities between subaccounts?

Transferring securities between your subaccounts at Exante is free of charge.

How long does it take to process a securities transfer between my subaccounts?

The Client Services team will begin processing your request as soon as it is received.

Usually, the transfer of securities between subaccounts takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the number of shares requested and the overall volume.

Can I transfer securities from my account to another person's account at Exante?

Please note that you can only transfer securities between your own subaccounts. Transferring securities to accounts owned by someone else is not allowed.

Can I transfer securities between Legal Entities?

If you would like to transfer funds or securities between legal entities, please provide your Account Manager with the Account Opening Letters for both the sending and receiving entities.
