EXANTE’s clients can simultaneously manage multiple subaccounts from a single account. This feature is designed to help clients efficiently manage their trading activities, funds, and collaborations. Whether you seek to try out different trading strategies, allocate resources, or grant controlled access to others, subaccounts offer a flexible and user-friendly solution. This article addresses the most common questions about creating and managing subaccounts, ensuring you can fully leverage this feature.
What are subaccounts in EXANTE?
Subaccounts are additional accounts that can be created under and linked to your main account. They allow you to organise funds, segregate trading strategies, and manage access permissions.
You can create up to 10 subaccounts directly from your Client’s area. Each subaccount has a unique identifier, which combines your Client ID with a numerical suffix, separated by a dot (e.g., AAA1234.001, AAA1234.002, and so on).
How to create a subaccount in EXANTE?
To create a subaccount:
Navigate to Settings → Account settings.
Click on "Create account".
Configure the new subaccount, assign it a name and customise its features (e.g., enable or disable margin trading or the autoconversion feature).
How can I customise my subaccounts?
When creating a subaccount, you can:
Name the subaccount for easy identification.
Enable or disable margin trading depending on your trading needs.
Enable or disable the autoconversion feature, which automates currency conversions for trading activities.
Can I deposit funds into a specific subaccount?
Yes, you can deposit funds into a specific subaccount. To ensure accurate and timely allocation, include the subaccount details in the "Deposit Details" section.
What can I do with my subaccounts?
Subaccounts offer a wide range of functionalities, including:
Store funds separately for better financial management.
Transfer funds between subaccounts for flexible fund allocation.

To grant another user access to your subaccount, please contact our Client Services team via chat or email, or reach out to your Personal Manager. You can find your Personal Manager's contact details in your Client’s area, just navigate to Settings → Profile → Personal info → Personal Manager.
I accidentally created a subaccount, what now?
If you accidentally create a subaccount, there’s no need to worry. Simply contact EXANTE’s Client Services team via email or chat, and they will help you delete the subaccount.
Do the subaccounts have any limitations?
While subaccounts offer great flexibility, remember that you need to manually configure each subaccount’s features and permissions. Also, deleting a subaccount requires assistance from the Client Services team.
