Module Groups

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A Module Group links several modules so they synchronise with the same instrument. When you change the instrument in one module, all other modules in the group switch to the same instrument automatically. This feature allows you to manage several groups on a single screen, helping you monitor and trade different instruments at the same time.

How to use it

1. Open the modules you want to link (for example, Instruments, Chart and Order).

2. In the modules’ headers, click the grouping icon.

3. Select a group (for example, red).

4. Once your modules are assigned to the selected colour group, you can synchronise them by selecting an instrument. To do this, click on an instrument within the Instruments tree assigned to the group. Alternatively, drag and drop an instrument to a module belonging to any group to update the entire set.

The group is automatically given the name of the selected instrument.

5. Both the Chart and the Order modules will instantly update to display the selected instrument.

Tip! You can make a module independent by clicking the grouping icon and selecting Unlinked group from the drop-down list.
