How can I change the e-mail address linked to my account?

Your login email is the one you provided during sign-up. To change the email linked to your EXANTE account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Client's area.

  2. Navigate to 'Settings'.

  3. Select 'Profile'.

How long does it usually take to update my email address?

It usually takes 1 to 2 business days for your email to be updated in your Client's area.
