How do I know that my order was filled?

Locate your profile icon and name in the top right corner of the screen; clicking this will open the Web Platform Preferences. Within the Preferences, select "Notifications." This action will redirect you to the Client's Area, where you can manage your notification settings.

Steps to Check the Status of Your Orders

  1. Open the EXANTE trading platform by signing in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section to locate your current orders.

  3. Check the specific status of each order:

    • Limit orders may show as working, partially filled, or filled.

    • Market orders display their execution details immediately.

This functionality allows seamless tracking of your orders, providing a user-friendly approach to managing and overseeing your trades effectively.
