General information
EXANTE provides access to live quotes from all major global exchanges via a manual subscription model.
By default, market data for most exchanges is delayed by approximately 30 minutes to one hour. To view live prices, you need to manually enable real-time data subscriptions.
Key Execution Principles
Real-time execution: All market and pending orders are executed at the actual real-time market price, regardless of whether you have an active data subscription. The system does not use the delayed prices shown on your screen.
PnL Calculation: After execution, your Profit and Loss (PnL) is calculated and displayed using real-time prices, even if the data feed for that instrument is delayed.
Trading Access: You can still place orders through the Click-trade or Order modules without an active subscription. However, the real-time bid/ask prices will not be visible.
How to subscribe to market data feeds:
Through your Client's Area:
1. Open your Client's Area.
2. Go to Settings → Market Data Subscriptions.

3. Press Subscribe for the desired exchanges.

Trading Platform:
1. Open the platform.
2. Pick an instrument. If there is a delay in price, there will be the icon will appear in the Chart, Watchlists, MAT, and other modules. When you hover over the icon, a pop-up window will indicate that real-time data is unavailable and display information about the sessions.
Desktop Platform – No Real-Time Feed
To subscribe to real-time market data for your selected exchange from the ‘Watchlists’ module, click on the delayed feed icon . A pop-up window will appear with an option to subscribe to the exchange.
3. Click the green line on the chart. The system will automatically prompt you to sign up for the respective feed.

4. Press Subscribe to real-time feed.
5. In a new window, press Confirm.

Note! This option is available on EXANTE desktop, mobile, and web terminals.
Fees and Billing Policy
Billing Cycle: Fees are charged on a calendar-month basis.
Initial Charge: The first fee is deducted immediately upon subscription.
Recurring Charges: Subsequent fees are deducted on the first day of each month, unless the subscription is cancelled or there are insufficient funds.
Full Month Policy: A full monthly fee applies if any real-time data is received for the selected exchange during that month.
User-Based Access: Real-time data access is linked to the individual user (email login), not the account number (e.g., ABC1234.xxx). Each user who requires live data must subscribe individually.
Professional Status: Clients categorised as ‘Professional’ by exchanges (including those managing third-party funds) are subject to higher Professional subscription fees.
