Where can I upload the documents to open an account?
After completing the KYC questionnaire, you will be redirected to the next stage of the account opening process, where you will need to upload the required documents.
All additional documents can be uploaded in your Client’s Area → 'Settings' → 'Profile' → 'Documents'.
What documents are required to open a Live trading account at Exante?
To open and verify an individual trading account, please provide the following documents:

The document has to contain the following:
The document has to be scanned in colour. | A valid international passport
Valid government-issued identity card
Valid residence card
For EU and EEA jurisdictions:
Please scan both sides of the document | If the POI document does not include an expiry date, it will be considered valid for five years from the application approval date |
Photo with Proof of Identity | To ensure smooth and accurate verification, please take the verification photo in adequate lighting so that all details are clear and visible |

Proof of Residence (POR)
The document has to contain the following:
We do not accept bills for mobile services or credit card statements.
Additionally, handwritten information, such as the date on a bill, is not accepted. |
| The document cannot be older than six months (*except for the Proof of Identity document option). |
Can I upload one document as Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence?
Please use separate documents to confirm Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence. One document cannot fulfill both requirements.
How long does it take to approve an account?
Typically, the provided documents are approved within 1 to 2 working days.
