Technical requirements for the Proof of Identity document:
The photograph submitted as Proof of Identity must meet the following criteria:
bright and clear
all corners of the document should be visible
It should not be expired
the document has to contain your hand-written signature.
Technical requirements for the Proof of Residence document:
To confirm your residential address, make sure that the document you provide meets the following requirements:
It must be dated within the last six (6) months from the date of your account opening application.
It must include your first name and surname.
It has to include your address.
It needs to have an issue date.
Copies (scans) of uploaded documents must meet the following requirements:
It has to be a color scan, uncut, scanned with a resolution of at least 300 dpi
file size should not exceed 10 MB
valid formats: png, jpeg, jpg, tif, bmp, gif, pdf, doc, docx
All submitted documents must be clear and legible, with no image alterations or unrelated elements. For ID documents, a full-page color scan must be provided, ensuring any machine-readable zone codes (if applicable) are clearly visible.
Where can I upload the documents?
The documents related to the account opening should be uploaded to the Client’s area → Settings → Profile → Documents.
I cannot upload the documents to my Client’s area. What should I do?
Do the following:
Check whether you are trying to upload a supported file format
Clear cache and cookie files on your browser
Try to access your Client’s area from another browser or device.
If the issue persists, please send the documents to the Client Services agent.
