In order to open a corporate account, you will need the following:

Shareholders

For Direct Shareholder, the full set of Corporate documents is required, i.e. Documents confirming the registration, active status, directors, shareholders, registered office and incorporation documents.

For Indirect Shareholder, Documents confirming active status, directors and shareholders.

To be obtained for:

  • Directors: individual directors

  • Shareholders / Members / Ultimate Beneficial Owners (holding more than 25%)

  • Authorised Signatory / Person

  • Settlor

  • Protector

  • Trustee

Please provide documents as described for individuals in the section dedicated to individual clients.

6 months for Proof of Residence document

Corporate Document Certification

This requirement is not applicable to clients whose information is publicly available and can be easily verified (e.g., via the company’s registrar) as well as EU/EEA licenced Financial Institutions.

Corporate documents are required to be certified by Director / Authorised Signatory / Notary or apostilled

Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)

You may apply for the LEI from our side: please ask your Account Manager for the form.

Shall not be expired

Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Tax number and tax residence of the company

Tax number and tax residence for all controlling persons (UBOs/Shareholders)

if the company is a Passive Non-Financial Entity

The Onboarding department may request additional documents. The information will be provided to you in the Client's Area or by the Account Manager after the initial verification of your documents.
