Please provide these documents to open and verify an individual trading account:

Document type

Accepted documents

Date issued

Proof of Identity

The document shall contain the following:

  • Full name

  • Nationality

  • Date of birth

  • Place of birth

  • Issue and expiry date of the document

The document shall be provided in colour.

A valid international or internal passport

  • Please scan the first two pages of the passport (with all four corners of the document visible)

  • Scan the signature page additionally if the signature is displayed on other pages

If the POI document doesn't contain the date of expiry, then it is set to five years from application approval.

A valid national or another government-issued identity card

  • Please scan both sides of the document

A valid residence card

  • Please scan both sides of the document

A valid driving license

  • Please scan both sides of the document

Proof of Residence

The document has to contain the following:

  • Full name (as in the Proof of Identity document)

  • Address

  • Document date

  • Name of the service

Bills for mobile services or credit card statements do not suffice. We do not accept handwritten information (e.g. date of a bill in handwriting).

Utility bill

Not older than six months (except for the POI document option)

Bank/PSP account statement or payment orders

Correspondence from a central or local government authority, department or agency

Any Proof of Identity document listed above, where a clear indication of residential address is provided*

Certificate of Good Conduct

Note: The provided documents are normally approved in 1 to 2 working days. If that is not the case, please contact your Account Manager.

*Please use two different documents for the confirmation of Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence. One document can not confirm both requirements.
