Where can I upload the documents to open an account?

After completing the KYC questionnaire, you will be redirected further, to the account opening stage, where you need to upload the required documents.

Afterward, you can upload additional documents in your Client’s Area → 'Settings' → 'Profile' → 'Documents'.

What documents are required to open a Live account at Exante?

Please provide the following documents to open and verify an individual trading account:

Proof of Identity The document shall contain the following: Full name Nationality Date of birth Place of birth Issue and expiry date of the document The document shall be provided in color.	A valid international passport Please scan the first two pages of the passport (with all four corners of the document visible) Scan the signature page additionally if the signature is displayed on other pages *For EU and EEA jurisdictions:* Please scan both sides of one of the documents mentioned below: Valid government-issued identity card Valid residence card Valid driving license	If the Proof of Identity document does not include an expiry date, it will be considered valid for five years from the application approval date
Proof of Residence The document has to contain the following: Full name (same as in the Proof of Identity document) Address Document date Name of the service We do not accept: handwritten information, such as the date on a bill bills for mobile services credit card statements.	Utility bill Bank/PSP account statement or payment orders Correspondence from a central or local government authority, department, or agency Any Proof of Identity document listed above, as long as it clearly indicates the residential address Certificate of Good Conduct	The document cannot be older than six months

Can I upload one document as Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence?

Please use separate documents to confirm Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence. One document cannot fulfil both requirements.

How long does it take to approve an account?

Typically, the provided documents are approved within 1 to 2 working days.
