Under what circumstances can your Exante account be closed?
Accounts may be closed under the following conditions:
Dormant Account: The account has never been funded and has had no transactions for more than 12 months.
Inactive Account: The account has not been used for more than 24 months since the date of the last transaction, has no open positions, and has a balance of less than 100 EUR.
Can I restore my Exante account?
Once your account is closed, it cannot be restored. However, you can create a new account using the same email address you registered with previously.
If you wish to use the same email address, please contact the Client Services agent, and we will make the necessary adjustments so you can open a new account at EXANTE using your previous email.
