To manage your email notification preferences, go to ‘Settings’ → Notifications in your Client’s Area.
General notification settings include email notifications such as:
Security alerts: these alerts notify you about suspicious activities, such as unusual login attempts. These alerts include details like event type, date, time, location, device and IP address, along with instructions to verify or secure your account
Price alerts: notify you when an instrument's price meets specified conditions. You can manage active price alerts directly on the trading platform
Balance changes: notifications regarding account funding and withdrawals
Reports: email containing the reports you have generated
Onboarding: notifications about the need to update your account information
Company news: cover product updates, new feature launches, service improvements, and changes to terms or policies
Mandatory alerts: notifications triggered when a margin call occurs( when margin utilization exceeded 102%).
You can also select your preferred notification channel, such as phone, email, Client’s Area, or the trading terminal. Additionally, you can add a secondary email to receive account-related notifications.
Essential notifications, including Security Alerts, Onboarding, and Mandatory Alerts, cannot be disabled as they are crucial for your account’s security and regulatory compliance.

Marketing emails provide valuable insights and updates tailored to your interests, including market updates, daily and weekly reviews, monthly and quarterly summaries, and sector-specific equity research. Stay informed about crypto trends in "The Crypt," digital currency highlights in "Proof of the Week," and fixed-income and thematic research briefings.
Marketing emails are optional. You can manage your marketing email preferences via ‘Settings’ → ‘Notifications’ → Marketing.

You can unsubscribe from the marketing mailing list by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the top of any marketing email you’ve received.
Please note that unsubscribing will only stop our newsletters. You will continue to receive account reports and other important information via email.
