I can not find the instrument I need on the EXANTE platform
There are a number of instruments (e.g. some options) that are not available on the EXANTE’s trading platform and have to be requested by the client. This is because the amount of instruments is limited in the default setup of the platform in order to save operating maintenance.
EXANTE persistently works towards accommodating all the various needs and inquiries of its clients, therefore we are eager to add the instrument that complements your particular trading strategy. It is possible to request an instrument via Client's area, or by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When sending the request please specify one of them:
- Instrument ticker
- The link to the instrument on the market's website.
Requests are commonly processed within 24 working hours.
Unsubscribe from email notifications
In order to unsubscribe from our email notifications, visit the 'Settings' menu in the client's area.
Here it is possible to modify email notification settings:
However, this option does not include altering one's subscription to marketing mailing lists. In order to unsubscribe from marketing mailing list, the client has to untick the box upon registration or drop a line to email@example.com, and we will delete your email from our mailing lists.
Please note that after unsubscribing you will stop receiving only our newsletters. You will still receive all account reports and other significant information to your email.
Reset or change your password or login
Change password: Please follow the link to restore your password if you have lost it, or if you want to set another one.
Change login: Your login is the e-mail you specified during the sign-up. In case you have lost it, please contact our support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and they will help you change or restore your login, depending on the situation.
If after the restoration procedure you still experience any problems whilst entering your Client's area or EXANTE Platform, feel free to address email@example.com for assistance.
Note: Demo trading access is available for all registered users. However, to access Demo area in your platform do not forget to tick Demo. In case you choose LIVE area, the system will inform you that the credentials provided are not valid.
