Log in to your Client Area.
Navigate to ‘Portfolio’ → ‘Deposit’ → ‘Securities’.
This will open the Securities Deposit Request form.

Your Account Number at the Financial Institution: Provide your account number at that institution.
Name of the Account Holder at the Financial Institution: Enter the name(s) exactly as they appear on your account with the other institution.

You can choose to deposit securities either individually or in bulk.

b) Add 2 or More Assets - Bulk Upload:
Read the instructions for the security transfer request.
2. After reviewing the instructions, you can download the Securities Deposit template in CSV format.
3. Complete the template by entering the required details for each security you wish to deposit, including ISIN, ticker, exchange, quantity, and average price.
4. Once finished, upload the completed template file.
Important: Please read the provided instructions carefully before proceeding.
You are required to upload an Account Opening Letter from the financial institution where your securities are currently held.
Once the file is uploaded, all the instruments are checked with the internal systems for instrument availability.
Our system will verify whether the instruments are available in our internal systems and will also screen them against international sanctions lists. If any instrument appears on a strict sanctions list, you will be notified, and the deposit process will be automatically stopped.
To proceed, you must remove the sanctioned instrument(s) from your file and upload the updated file.
3. Submit for review
After you have added and verified all instruments, a summary screen will appear.
Review all the details carefully before submitting your request for review.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our internal teams.
The status of your securities deposit request may be one of the following:
Active: Your deposit request is currently being processed.
On Hold: The process is temporarily paused, possibly due to missing information or pending verification. You may be contacted to provide additional details.
Rejected: Your deposit request has been declined. Common reasons for rejection include incomplete or incorrect information, matches with sanctions lists, or other regulatory concerns.
