How to sign a document

This article offers a brief overview of how to sign documents necessary for keeping your account information up to date. It includes instructions on where to find the documents and how to complete the signing process.

We regularly update our policies to ensure that all documentation remains up-to-date. Occasionally, this may require you to sign a document to keep everything current.

If you need to sign a new document, a popup notification will appear in your Client’s area, stating: “You have unsigned documents. Please proceed to the Agreements page to read and sign them.

The documents that need to be signed can be found in the Client’s area → Settings → Profile → Agreements, in the “Documents to Be Signed” section.

To sign a document, click on it to read its content, then click the “Yes, I agree” button to complete the signing process (as shown in the image).
