Chat Feature

This article covers the chat feature, accessible via the Client’s Area, Web, or Mobile platforms. It explains the menu structure (Home, Messages, Help), how to start a conversation, and how to download transcripts.

Chat is available exclusively to registered clients and can be accessed through the following interfaces:

  • Client's Area: After logging in to our website, a green chat icon (a circle) appears in the lower-right corner of the screen.

  • Web Trading Platform: Once logged in, the green chat icon (a circle) is in the lower-right corner of the platform.

  • Mobile Trading Platform: On mobile devices, go to Profile → Personal → Support Chat to access the chat.

When you click the green chat icon, the support chat menu opens.

Web Platform - Chat

On the mobile trading platform, you can access the chat from Profile → Personal → Support Chat:

Select the green circle to open the support chat menu.

Chat Menu Overview:

The support chat menu is divided into three sections:

  • Home: Offers a central view of support options. From here, you can start a direct conversation with our Client Services team or browse the Help Centre knowledge base.

  • Messages: Access past conversations.

  • Help: Provides direct access to Help Centre resources. You can review platform documentation without leaving the Client’s Area or Web Trading interface.

Starting a Conversation:

To begin a new chat, select "Send us a message" from the chat menu:

Interaction with Our AI Agent:

When you start a chat, our AI Agent will respond first and ask you to choose the main topic of your question.

After selecting a topic, you can describe your question in more detail:

Please note that our AI Agent can provide general information about our services and platform features.

If your query relates to your account, requires personal assistance, or the AI response does not meet your needs, select "Talk to a person". A Client Services representative will assist you shortly.

How to download the chat transcript?

To keep a record of your conversation, you can download the chat transcript. In the chat menu, click "Download transcript.":

A TXT file with the complete chat log will be downloaded to your device.

Will I receive updates on my request?

If your inquiry requires input from internal departments, your assigned Client Services representative will update you directly via chat. You will see notifications for new messages within the chat section of the Client’s Area or Web Trading interface.
