How can I filter the Corporate actions events in the All Events and My Events tabs?

You can add or remove columns with filters at any time. To do this, click the list icon in the top-right corner of the table and select or deselect the columns you want to display.

Click the eye icon to select all items. Click the crossed-out eye icon to deselect all items. The round arrow icon will reset the settings to the default ones.

In “All events” and “My events” tabs, the following filters are available:

Symbol - the abbreviated name of the instrument (for example, the symbol of Apple Inc. is AAPL).

ISIN - International Securities Identification Number (US0378331005).

Announcement date - the date on which the board of directors of a company announces the next dividend payment. This statement includes the dividend's size, ex-dividend date, and payment date.

Record date - when a company offering a dividend or distribution establishes its list of shareholders who will receive the payout. The record date generally occurs a day after the ex-dividend date, the first trading day when new buyers no longer qualify for the dividend.

Ex-Date - usually one business day before the record date. Investors who purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after will not receive the next dividend payment. Instead, the seller gets the dividend.

Pay Date - the day a declared stock dividend is scheduled to be paid to eligible investors. This date can be up to a month after the ex-dividend date.

Gross amount - the total dividend paid, including capital gains and non-taxable distributions, without subtracting taxes, fees, and other expenses.

Currency - the currency in which the dividend payment is distributed between shareholders.

After a corporate action on your account, you might notice that the margin calculations in the 'Margin' tab of your Client's area seem incorrect. This can happen due to system delays in displaying updated information on the platform.

To resolve this, you can try logging back into your trading platform or refreshing the Client's area webpage after a few minutes.
