If the message "Error occurred. Please contact the admin support” appears, you can follow these steps to help resolve the issue:

  • Try using a different browser or incognito mode.

  • Clear the cache, cookies, and history of your browser.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Check the settings of your proxy server and firewall.

  • Log in to your Client’s area using another device, such as a smartphone.

How can I resolve this issue if I use the Safari browser?

If you encounter this issue while using the Safari browser, follow these steps:

  1. Open Safari Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Security tab.

  3. Find the checkbox called 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'.

  4. Turn off this setting.
