How do I log in to the platform?
To log in to the desktop platform, please select the ‘Demo’ environment. Your Login Email and password are the same as your Client’s area.
If you accidentally choose the ‘Live’ area, you will receive an error message: ‘Wrong email or password.’

When accessing the mobile application area, you can use the same credentials you supplied for the Desktop product. Ensure that you choose the demo option.
You may want to set up a special four-number PIN code to secure your trading area. To skip this step, press the button in the corner of the screen.
How do I download the EXANTE platforms?
To download the EXANTE desktop or mobile version, click Trading > Downloads in your Client’s area.
From here, you can choose which version is suitable for your PC: Windows, Mac or Linux.
You can also download or mobile application for your Android or macOS device from the Google Play/Apple store. Simply search for EXANTE.

To use the EXANTE web trading tool, choose Web Platform in your Client’s area.
